About the internship

As our software product's sales and marketing executive, you will be the main force behind growing our customer base and gaining market share. To effectively promote our software solutions, you will be in charge of creating and implementing marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the product's spokesperson and the company's representative
2. Make contact with builders, property owners, and real estate agents
3. Determine and focus on prospective customers, including companies and people, in order to create fresh leads and prospects
4. Describe the qualities and advantages of the product to possible partners
5. Onboard real estate partners with their inventory deals
6. Form and oversee alliances with real estate experts
7. Obtain product specifications and real estate partners' input
8. Share feedback and product requirements with stakeholders and developers
9. Help with issue fixes and product improvements based on partner input
10. Create and put into action marketing and sales plans
11. Track and evaluate competitors' and the market's trends
12. Provide real estate partners with assistance and training
13. Assemble and present proposals and presentations
14. Keep up your connections with current partners and make sure they're happy
15. Monitor and document the success of your partnerships and sales

Other requirements

1. A bachelors degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a similar discipline.

2. Prior real estate or sales and marketing experience.

3. Proficiency in creating and implementing marketing plans.

4. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and resources.

5. Capacity to adjust to a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

6. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

7. A real estate or sales management certification is advantageous.

8. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

9. Strong negotiating and presentation skills.

10. Understanding the real estate market and its trends is a plus.

11. Capacity to establish and keep relationships.

12. Organizational abilities and project management.

13. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

14. Capacity to compile and evaluate specifications.

15. Development of a marketing and sales strategy.

16. A focus on customer service.

17. Capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively.

18. Expertise with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
