Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Job Postings : Partner up with the talent acquisition maestros to craft and blast out job ads across BrightChamps' groovy careers page, job boards, and social spots
2. Resume Detective: Put on your detective hat to spot the best talent in the sea of resumes, finding those shining stars that vibe with BrightChamps' rhythm
3. Interview Scheduler Extraordinaire: Master the art of scheduling interviews
4. Candidate Cheerleader: Keep the energy high with candidates by sharing updates and cheering them on
5. Reference Check Rocker: Jam out on reference checks, ensuring our potential hires are not just talkative but have the BrightChamps' spirit in them
6. Data DJ: Mix and spin candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
7. Onboarding Maestro: Play a key tune in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires hit all the right notes from day one
8. Talent Trendsetter: Be the eyes and ears on the latest talent trends, helping BrightChamps stay ahead of the curve in attracting the coolest talent
9. Event Planner Prodigy: Help orchestrate and promote BrightChamps' recruitment events, making them the must-attend gigs of the season
