Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates using online platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
2. Assist with the initial screening of resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
4. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
5. Support the Talent Acquisition team in creating job postings and descriptions for various roles.
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including assisting with paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
7. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for specific roles.
