Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain candidate databases and track the progress of each candidate in the recruitment process.
5. Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
6. Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job postings and social media content.
