Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels
2. Assess candidates on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for HyperVerge
3. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their manpower needs and priorities, and help streamline the selection process
5. Identify, read, and implement the top 3 books on Talent Acquisition, integrating 3 best practices into our talent team, while also adopting at least 2 strategies to attract passive talent swiftly, utilizing various tools and processes
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and workflow
