About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
3. Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
6. Assist in creating job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.
7. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms is a plus.

8. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
