1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Source potential candidates using various online platforms, databases, and networking techniques.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
4. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
5.Assist with maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data and records.
6. Support HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
