Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Source potential candidates from various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools.
Conduct initial candidate screenings through phone calls or virtual interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the talent needs and job requirements.
Help maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Assist in organizing recruitment drives, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team on various talent-related tasks.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives by posting jobs and sharing content on social media
