As a Talent Acquisition intern at Discovery Homes India, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Your role will be pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
2. Utilizing your sales skills to effectively pitch our company and opportunities to potential candidates.
3. Demonstrating your English proficiency (spoken) in communicating with candidates and stakeholders.
4. Utilizing MS-Excel to track and manage candidate data and recruitment metrics.
5. Supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
6. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist in creating job descriptions.
7. Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
This internship will provide you with valuable experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as exposure to the inner workings of a leading real estate company.
