Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to proactively source candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
4. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
6. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job portals.
7. Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
8. Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Currently, pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human 2. Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
