Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in developing job descriptions and job postings for various roles
2. Sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
4. Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
5. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Supporting the team in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
7. Gathering feedback from interviewers and assisting in the selection process
