As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Recykal, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. You will work closely with our HR team and contribute to various aspects of the recruitment process.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
2. Conduct initial resume screenings and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
4. Support various talent acquisition initiatives, such as employer branding, campus recruitment, and diversity hiring programs
5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled or completed Master's degree program in Human Resources
2. Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
7. Previous internship or HR-related experience is a plus but not required
