3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
4. Posting job openings on various platforms and social media channels
5. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings with potential candidates
6. Assisting with onboarding and orientation for new hires
7. Contributing to the overall success of our recruitment team through innovative ideas and proactive support.
