Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
2. Coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers
3. Updating and maintaining candidate databases in MS-Excel
4. Drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards and social media platforms
5. Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires
6. Participating in recruitment events and job fairs
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
