Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling screening calls with candidates and conducting the initial screening rounds
2. Gathering data from the screening rounds and using internal tools to generate feedback and scores to pursue/reject candidates
3. Creating a well-organized repository of the pre-screened candidates based on various parameters
