About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS system.
6. Help coordinate recruitment events and participate in campus recruitment activities.
7. Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
