Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interact with HR/Business Heads of client organizations, acting as an advisor to help and anticipate their mid to senior-level manpower requirements
2. Maintain and consistently evolve a network of mid to senior-level professionals across industries to assist them in taking the next steps in their careers
3. Source candidates using various platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, and other networks to find potential candidates for open positions
4. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic requirements for roles
5. Conduct initial screening calls via phone or video to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in the position
6. Communicate with candidates to keep them informed about their application status, next steps, and any updates throughout the recruitment process
7. Advise clients on their hiring requirements and keep them updated on the search process
