The Souled Store is hiring a talent acquisition intern. The duration for this HR internship in Mumbai is 6 months. The following are the key responsibilities for this role:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
2. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
4. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication
5. Coordinate with HR and retail store managers to facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires
6. Ensure pre-joining procedures are completed on timely basis
7. Keep the trackers up-to-date
