Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling the candidates to check their interest in a job opportunity with us
2. Assist in screening resumes of candidates
3. Coordinate with the interview panels and the candidates
4. Coordinate with the client to align the interviews
5. Create & update all the sheets/reports
6. Update the Job Descriptions as and when required in the ATS
7. Review potential candidates from various job portals , vendors & social networking sites
8. Follow all the recruitment processes for the hiring of any profile
9. Conduct all interview rounds for the shortlisted candidates
10. Follow up with the candidates till the joining date
11. Follow other HR activities as & when allocated by the reporting manager
