Talent Acquisition Trainee Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
2. Working on client management over the phone and on-site.
3. Sourcing candidates through various sources like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Shine, etc. portals.
4. Preparing job descriptions based on the requirement's analysis with business heads.
5. Screening/Shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, telephone & online interviews, fundamental analysis, and shortlisting of the candidates.
6. Facilitating the interview process with the respective line managers.
7. Working on salary fitment, negotiation, and offer roll-outs.
8. Generating MIS and reports as per requirements.
9. Working on social media management Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for our official account.
