As an Intern in employee engagement, you will support the People Experience team in enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being across all organizational units. You will assist in implementing strategies and initiatives to improve the overall employee experience. This internship will provide you with valuable insights and hands-on experience in HR and employee engagement practices.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the development and seamless execution of the organization's dynamic annual Employee Engagement Calendar, crafting a transformative experience for all.
2. Serve as the dedicated point of contact and driving force behind the organization's diverse and energizing employee experience programs, ensuring maximum impact.
3. Develop strong working relationships across departments to align on employee engagement strategies.
4. Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to measure the impact of engagement initiatives.
5. Design and implement strategic, employee-centric experience initiatives that cultivate a vibrant and meaningful workplace culture.

1. Bachelors or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

6. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
8. Prior experience or coursework in HR, employee engagement, or related fields is a plus.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 500000 /year
