Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Supporting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
4. Assisting in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
5. Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
6. Assisting in organizing and attending career fairs and recruiting events.
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.
