We are looking for an enthusiastic Tally Operator to join our accounts team as an intern. You will assist in maintaining financial records using Tally ERP software and help manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Data Entry: Enter daily financial transactions into Tally ERP, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
2. Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Help in reconciling bank statements with internal records.
4. Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, purchases, and sales using Tally.
5. Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices for clients and vendors.
6. Assisting Senior Accountants: Support the accounting team in other daily activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of Tally ERP: Basic understanding of Tally software is required.
3. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and record keeping is essential.
4. Basic Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices.
5. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
6. MS Office: Basic knowledge of Excel and Word for managing reports and data.
