We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Content Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a comprehensive digital computer science (CS) program. You will be responsible for all aspects of helping students improve their coding, including conducting interactive problem-solving sessions, creating and curating coding and MERN questions and content, and improving the existing questions.
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Qualifications:
1. First and foremost, passion for education and a commitment to creating engaging and impactful learning experiences
2. Bachelor'/Masters degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
3. Required very good profile on coding in coding platforms (Leetcode Knight, Codeforces Div 1, or similar). 500+ problems solved
4. Good skills in MERN stack/development (you can link to open-source projects you ve worked on)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Live sessions: Conduct daily live coding sessions for students, guiding them through problem-solving strategies
2. Strong language proficiency (any 3): Python, C/C++, Java, Nodejs, Golang, Rust
3. Select and prepare engaging problem statements from various coding platforms (e.g., LeetCode)
4. Clearly explain problem statements, breaking them down into manageable steps
5. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement during live sessions
6. Coding questions authoring and review: Strong coding skills with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
8. Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality content for student learning
