About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in monitoring the performance of servers, networks, and applications to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of any technical issues
2. Helping troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues under the guidance of the senior technical operations team
3. Supporting the development and implementation of automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual interventions
4. Creating and updating operational procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides, while assisting in preparing technical documentation for internal use
5. Working closely with the DevOps, IT, and development teams to support the rollout of new software or infrastructure changes
6. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and applying this knowledge to improve the efficiency of our systems and processes

Other requirements
1. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and networking concepts
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and basic scripting (Python, Bash) is a plus
3. Good understanding of technical troubleshooting processes
