Tele Caller Associate- Kannada Speaking Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make or receive approximately 20 25 calls per day, with each call lasting about 1 minute. Calls will involve taking details from users.
2. Be available to take calls between 9 AM and 10 p.m.
3. Handle outbound calls to users from a hotline number, with occasional inbound calls.
4. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, collecting the necessary information and maintaining a positive demeanor.
5. Schedule consultations for users via the Operations Dashboard.
6. Accurately record customer interactions, including contact information, feedback, and the outcomes of calls.
7. Follow predefined scripts or guidelines during calls to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
