Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential job candidates to discuss job opportunities and gather relevant information.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication with candidates in MS-Excel.
3. Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
4. Provide updates to the recruitment team on candidate progress and feedback received during calls.
5. Ensure all calls are made in a professional and courteous manner, representing the company in the best light possible.
6. Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and candidates contacted.
7. Continuously improve communication skills and processes to enhance the overall candidate experience.
