Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage with prospective students to understand their interest in studying abroad.
2. Provide information about our counseling services and assist in booking sessions.
3. Guide students through scheduling based on their needs and preferences.
4. Collaborate with senior reps to learn effective sales techniques.
5. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
6. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills.
7. Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for building quick rapport.
4. Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office familiarity.
