2. Handling inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service
3. Assisting customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns
4. Keeping track of customer feedback and resolving any issues or complaints
5. Updating customer databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping
6. Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals
7. Participating in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills
