About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and clients to promote company products and services.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our product offerings.
3. Input and update customer information in our CRM system to ensure efficient record-keeping.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and track progress.
5. Assist in creating and maintaining calling scripts and FAQs for the team.
6. Prepare regular reports on call metrics and performance for management review.
7. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to enhance our sales strategy.
