Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Engage in active listening to understand customers' needs and provide accurate information
3. Assist in generating leads and maintaining a customer database using MS Excel
4. Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth
6. Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
7. Maintain detailed call logs and update records for future reference

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
