About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to promote products or services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers and address their queries or concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in MS Excel.
4. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop calling scripts and strategies.
6. Provide feedback on customer responses to improve calling techniques.
7. Meet daily and weekly calling targets to contribute to overall sales goals.
