About the internship

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Associate to join our sales team. As a Telesales Associate, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our services/products, and closing sales. The role requires working in rotational shifts, so flexibility is essential. You'll be a key player in generating revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and sales skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services/products.
2. Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and convert them into sales.
3. Identify customer needs, provide information on relevant products, and suggest suitable solutions.
4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by closing deals over the phone.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
7. Maintain a database of customer interactions, sales, and orders using CRM software.
8. Prepare and present reports on call metrics and sales performance.
9. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
10. Adhere to the company's quality and compliance guidelines, ensuring a high standard of customer interaction.
