About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
2. Support the booking process for various travel and leisure activities
3. Understand the out-calling potential & improve conversions
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities
5. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
6. Contribute to team meetings and provide input on strategy and planning
7. Calling potential customer for product pitch and sales

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, tourism, business).

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

7. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.

8. Candidates from Panchkula, kalka,derabasi,solan,shimla, ambala, kharar,

Chandigarh, mohali and zirakpur are preferred.
