We are seeking a highly motivated telecalling intern to join our dynamic team for our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers to introduce our products and services, promote special offers, and generate sales leads. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, build rapport, and persuade them to make purchases on our platform.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products and services
2. Introduce our company and its offerings to potential clients
3. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
4. Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer inquiries and concerns
5. Maintain a database of customer information, including contact details and feedback
6. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
7. Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the management
8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
