Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial in effectively communicating with customers. Your role will involve engaging with customers over the phone to provide information about our services, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of calls and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote GoMechanic services
2. Communicate effectively with customers in English, both verbally and in writing
3. Provide information about services and schedule appointments
4. Follow up on leads and maintain contact with potential customers
5. Record details of calls and customer interactions accurately
