Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct phone surveys with Tamil-speaking individuals to gather valuable data
2. Communicate effectively and professionally with respondents to ensure accurate responses
3. Record and document survey results with precision and attention to detail
4. Provide exceptional customer service to all respondents throughout the survey process
5. Collaborate with team members to optimize survey strategies and outcomes
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality
7. Continuously strive to improve your Tele-calling skills and overall performance

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 25 per survey completed).
