Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.
2. Handle incoming calls from clients and address their inquiries or concerns professionally.
3. Maintain a database of customer information and update records as needed.
4. Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our team of experts.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
6. Follow up with clients to gather feedback and improve our services.
7. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication to build rapport with clients.
