Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and follow up on their healthcare needs
2. Provide information about HCAH services and assist patients in understanding their treatment plans
3. Handle incoming calls from patients and address their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and appointments
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance your communication skills and knowledge of healthcare industry best practices
7. Work closely with the Telecalling team to achieve daily targets and contribute to the overall success of HCAH
