Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
2. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and conversations in MS Excel for future follow-ups and analysis
3. Assisting with digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase brand awareness
4. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns over the phone
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving call conversions
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills
7. Contributing creative ideas to optimize telecalling processes and improve overall performance

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
