Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the creation of wireframes and prototypes for new features and designs
2. Conducting user research to gain insights into user behavior and preferences
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions
4. Creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms
5. Testing designs for usability and make improvements based on feedback
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
7. Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing innovative ideas for design projects

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of approved designs).
