1. Minimum 1 year of video editing and post-production experience
2. Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software (Edius, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom)
3. Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
4. Creative and innovative
5. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
6. Bachelor’s degree in film or related field
