About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Submitting video file and attractive thumbnail with size lower than 2MB
2. Using free royalty HD, FHD, or UHD video as well as images as per the work
3. Making videos that must be of 1920 X 1080 resolution (quality maximum resolution for HD) and the aspect ratio of 16:9
4. Making YouTube thumbnail of size 1280 x 720 pixels
5. Creating BOGY thumbnail i.e. using Blue, Orange, Green, Yellow (they need to be attractive)

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 70 per 10 minute final video output).

The intern might also receive an incentive of up to Rs. 6000.
Per Minute we pay you Rs. 7 including internet charges (up to 2000 Minutes after that Rs. 10 per minute, after 3700 minutes it will be Rs. 15). A minimum of 500 minutes of output needs to deliver per month. 1000 minutes final footage per month means you will get Rs. 1000 extra as incentives.
