Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Enhancing our application's AI capabilities by working with our proprietary AI model
2. Working closely with our ML team and back-end developers to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our growing ecosystem
3. Playing a role in maintaining the performance of our proprietary AI model through continual fine-tuning and leveraging RAG techniques
4. Developing and deploying diverse AI solutions that span text, imagery, video, and audio, creating a cutting-edge multi-modal experience
5. Continuously incorporating and innovating with the latest AI/ML advancements and agent frameworks to enhance our technology stack

Who are we looking for:
1. Hands-on experience with AI development and familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, prompt engineering techniques, pre-training, fine-tuning, and RAG
2. Strong Python skills, web scraping, with hands-on experience in backend development supporting AI integrations
3. A quick study, ready to innovate and collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment
4. Adaptability to work across time zones to join European/US team sessions
5. Availability for occasional weekend sprints or work outside standard hours to meet critical deadlines
