As a backend development intern at Nestafar, you will have the opportunity to work on a complex backend system written in Django using reusable design patterns. 1. Designing data models, ER, and implementation for different business processes
2. Developing and implementing backend services with Django and Python
3. Building CI/CD pipelines for deploying code on Digital Ocean, AWS, and other services
4. Writing test automation scripts for the backend using Python feature testing framework to improve code maintainability
5. Using SOLID principles to design maintainable code using a clean architecture
6. Researching and implementing new technologies to enhance our products
7. Contributing to the overall success of projects by meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work

I am the founder of Nestafar and we are building a SaaS tool for homestay/small hotel owners to empower them to create a local ecosystem of services around their property. When guests use services from this local ecosystem to dine and travel, the stay owners can earn additional revenue through commissions.
Our democratized approach makes our product market agnostic with almost negligible operations overhead, which will help us to scale very fast in the future. We are also backed by the ex-regional head of Meta, Singapore and we have done some initial market testing of our product in Ooty and Ladakh. We believe our team, product, and idea are ripe for investment and ready to blow and scale.
