About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop tools/web applications that can help the team be more efficient
2. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
3. Collaborate with back-end lead and web designers to improve usability
4. Work on the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
5. Update the framework to achieve sustainability and maintainability
6. Work on the optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
7. Work on user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
8. Write high-quality code
9. Work on managing hosting environments
10. Work on QA testing, troubleshooting, and debugging

Other requirements

1. Good knowledge of web architecture and developing the ability to root-cause issues

2. Proficient knowledge of the back-end programming language (Python)

3. Proficient knowledge of the Django framework of Python

4. A basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

5. Strong commitment to product excellence and quality

6. BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA (final semester or completed degree with 0–2 years of experience)

7. Understanding REST and push technologies is a plus

8. Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN

9. Experience in DBMS is a plus

10. Experience with AWS and implementation of micro-services in the cloud is a plus
