6. Conducting desktop research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff;

8. Identifying potential and weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions;
9. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service;
10. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
