We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team as a Business Development intern. In this role, you'll help us grow our business. You'll get hands-on experience in client outreach, digital marketing, and more.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and contact potential clients to generate leads and build relationships.
2. Assist with our digital marketing efforts, including creating and posting content on our social media platforms.
3. Research industry trends, competitors, and market demands to help shape our business strategies.
4. Help prepare sales presentations and materials, and support our team in converting leads into clients.
5. Keep our client and candidate databases updated, and track the progress of leads and recruitment activities.
Note: If a candidate is hired as an intern, their performance will be evaluated over a period of 1 to 2 months. If their performance does not meet our expectations, the internship may be terminated. However, if the candidate performs well, we will increase their stipend during the internship period. Upon successful completion of the internship (of a total 6-month period), interns will have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position with a competitive salary package and quarterly salary hikes.

15. Basic knowledge of CRM software (preferred).
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
