Business Development Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Data analysis: Utilize MS Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
2. Startup research: Identify and research startups across India that can hire our students. Match startups with candidates based on their courses and skills.
3. Data management: Maintain comprehensive records of startup requirements, contacts, and hiring needs.
4. Communication: Reach out to startup HRs via calls, emails, and social media to discuss opportunities and facilitate student placements.
5. Interview coordination: Schedule interviews for students with startups and manage communications between both parties.
6. Email marketing: Assist in creating and executing email campaigns to engage and expand our audience.
7. Digital marketing support: Contribute to digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence.
8. Report creation: Prepare reports and presentations in MS Word to share insights and updates.
9. Process improvement: Suggest innovative ideas to refine business analytics and marketing processes.
10. Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to align with company goals and drive overall success.
