The primary responsibilities will be to identify potential clients, establish new prospective client relationships, and drive new revenue for the company. The business development internship also serves as a launch point for exploring multiple areas and opportunities in our rapidly growing startup.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling the entire cycle of sales: doing market research, generating and qualifying leads, fixing appointment with C-level executives and converting them into prospects
2. Working on promotional activities through online marketing, that includes email marketing and social media marketing
3. Working on lead generation campaigns to prospect, qualify, develop, and document potential marketing opportunities
4. Managing lead generation solution campaigns offering business and service solutions across various geos and across various verticals
5. Coordinating between prospect and internal team during proposals and the exchange of information
6. Getting NDAs signed, sharing work flow and corresponding approach note
7. Working on direct interaction with prospects and clients through mails and phone calls
8. Performing cold calling and generating new business
